Never experienced such a great support. During working hours they respond within seconds\/minutes.\n\nAlso the design is top notch of this theme (Bifrost) but also of their other themes.\n\nI've bought more than 5 themes on ThemeForest but this one is for sure the best. Although the design is beautiful, it's the customer service that really earns Neuron Themes the five stars. I've been able to open one ticket and continue posting concerns (in the same ticket) as I go, and they respond to my questions with screenshots and clear answers. Responses take about a day, but they've been able to address every single issue I've had. I'm really happy with how my new website looks!<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

I chose superior design quality as the reason for my 5 star review, but really there are many reasons to love this theme, great customer service being one.
