ONNAX User Data Deletion
At ONNAX, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.
If you have used Facebook Login or another social login method to access the ONNAX
Client Portal, you can request deletion of the personal data associated with your account.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your ONNAX account and associated Facebook Login data,
send an email to:

Please include the following information:
- The email address associated with your ONNAX account
- Your name, if available on your account
- A statement confirming that you want your ONNAX account and associated
Facebook Login data deleted
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on your account and use of ONNAX services, your deletion request may include:
- Facebook Login identifier associated with your account
- Name and email address received through Facebook Login
- ONNAX Client Portal profile information
- Social login connection information
- Other personal information associated with your ONNAX account that is not
required to be retained
Processing Time
We aim to process valid data deletion requests within
30 days after verifying the request.
Once the deletion has been completed, the affected information will no longer
be available through your ONNAX account.
Information We May Need to Retain
Certain information may be retained when necessary for legitimate business,
legal, security, or accounting purposes, including:
- Completed order and transaction records
- Payment and accounting records
- Fraud prevention and security records
- Records required by applicable laws or regulations
Any retained information will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes.
Facebook Login Data
If you used Facebook Login to access ONNAX, requesting deletion
of your ONNAX account will also remove the Facebook Login connection and associated
Facebook-provided account information stored by ONNAX, except where retention is
legally required.
You may also remove ONNAX from the apps and websites connected to your Facebook
account through your Facebook settings.
