By using the website, creating an account, ordering, or using an ONNAX service, you agree to these Terms and clearly presented order-specific terms.

Accounts and Security

Provide accurate information, secure your credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access. Social login also remains subject to provider terms.

User Responsibilities

Communicate requirements accurately, review proofs promptly, back up downloads, and cooperate with project requests. Do not impersonate others, interfere with the site, or use it unlawfully.

Services and Digital Products

Scope, deliverables, timing, revisions, license, and price are defined by the product page, proposal, checkout, or written agreement. Digital purchase does not automatically transfer ONNAX tools, templates, methods, fonts, stock assets, or third-party rights.

Orders and Payments

Prices and availability may change before purchase. Orders may be rejected for obvious pricing errors, fraud, legal restrictions, unavailability, or payment failure. Taxes and provider terms may apply.

Delivery and Client Portal

Products may be delivered through WooCommerce downloads or the Client Portal. Custom services may use portal files or another agreed channel. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Revisions, Approvals, and Delays

Included revisions apply to the approved scope. Approval confirms acceptance of visible work at that stage. Customer delays in files, feedback, or access may extend timing.

Intellectual Property and Client Materials

ONNAX and licensors retain rights in the site, brand, reusable systems, pre-existing work, and third-party assets. Custom final rights transfer or are licensed only as agreed and normally after full payment. You confirm permission to provide all logos, images, text, fonts, data, and other materials.

Prohibited Use

• Illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, hateful, or harmful activity.
• Unauthorized sharing, resale, scraping, circumvention, or redistribution of protected downloads.
• Malware, credential attacks, disruption, or attempts to access another user’s data.
• Use that violates a purchased license or applicable law.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds follow the Refund Policy and any project-specific written agreement.

Third-Party Services

Payments, social login, analytics, hosting, plugins, fonts, stock assets, and external platforms may be supplied by third parties under their own terms.

Website Availability

Features may be maintained, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access but will reasonably protect active orders and legitimate entitlements.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ONNAX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, customer materials, misuse, unsupported third-party systems, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Responsibility for Claims

Where legally permitted, you are responsible for third-party claims arising from materials you supplied, unlawful use, or material breach. This does not apply to claims caused by ONNAX breach or misconduct.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be limited for non-payment, fraud, abuse, security threats, infringement, or material breach. Where practical, notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.

Changes and Governing Law

These Terms may be updated as services change. The governing law, legal entity name, and dispute forum are not formally configured and must be completed by the administrator after professional legal review before production publication.
