ONNAX Legal
Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy for ONNAX explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share personal information across our digital agency, website, WooCommerce store, marketplace, and Client Portal. We are committed to handling information responsibly and transparently while providing our digital products and professional services.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, billing details, account credentials, project requirements, uploaded files, messages, reviews, support requests, IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, and website activity.
Accounts and Social Login
Account data is used to authenticate you, maintain the Client Portal, and protect access. If you choose Google or Facebook sign-in, the provider may share basic profile identifiers under the permissions shown during sign-in. ONNAX does not receive your social-network password.
Orders, Payments, and Transactions
We process order, billing, product, service, tax, and transaction records to fulfil purchases, issue receipts, prevent fraud, and provide support. Payment credentials may be processed by the applicable gateway; ONNAX does not claim to store complete card details when the gateway handles them.
Digital Products and Downloads
We record digital-product entitlements and relevant download activity so purchased files can be delivered securely, restored, and protected from misuse. WooCommerce download access remains tied to the eligible customer or order.
Projects, Messages, and Uploaded Materials
Files, briefs, references, revisions, portal messages, and deliverables are used to provide requested services. Submit only materials you are authorized to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Third-Party Services
Hosting, security, analytics, email, payment, social-login, and ecommerce providers may process data under their own terms and privacy notices. The exact providers may change as the site configuration evolves.
Third-party providers maintain their own privacy practices. Where applicable, users can review the privacy policies of services such as Google and Meta Privacy Policy for additional information about how those providers process data.
How We Use Information by Onnax Privacy Policy
- Provide accounts, orders, downloads, design services, support, and portal features.
- Communicate about transactions, projects, service updates, and support.
- Secure the website, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve performance.

Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong unique password and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Data Retention
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for account service, fulfilment, download access, projects, disputes, security, accounting, and applicable legal obligations. Periods vary by record type and provider.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained. Email info@onnax.com; identity verification may be required.

ONNAX services are not directed to children who cannot legally consent. We do not knowingly seek their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted data should contact us.
